About Korea

Ding Ding Dang, Inc. is a franchise of English language institutes located throughout Korea. Korea is a proud country with a rich heritage and history. It has close ties, both linguistically and culturally, to Japan and China, because of their proximity and imperialist pasts. Korea lies between the Yellow Sea to the west and the East Sea to the east.

The country is very much industrialized and modern with all the conveniences you are used to, not to mention, some that you have never seen. Korea is very special place, though, because of its unique blend of new advances and old traditions.

The lush countryside is very mountainous, replete with Buddhist temples and hermitages. Its beauty can be appreciated throughout the year at the country's many national parks. There are also beaches and lakes to be enjoyed. The climate ranges from temperate to semi-tropical.
